What to Expect… 

  • Expect to see men and women of all ages, fitness levels and body types.  People choose to do CrossFit for many different reasons. Some want to be more athletic, so they can be better at a sport or do fun physical activities such as hiking, running, etc., while others are training to be able to keep up with their kids, lose weight, be healthier or have more energy.

  • Expect that you will always be supervised and supported by a team of qualified coaches, who have your safety and well-being in mind. The CFSD coaches will teach you how to safely perform all of the movements asked of you and help you develop a healthy lifestyle, so that you can stay active for years to come. 

  • Expect to accomplish things that you never thought you were capable of. We don't avoid teaching you things because of your age or fitness level, but rather we tailor them to your ability, so that over time, you will be able to do and accomplish more. We just ask that you trust the process. We promise you’ll be glad you did.

  • Expect to be surrounded by a supportive community of individuals, who will cheer you on and celebrate your accomplishments, as well as hold you accountable for consistently showing up and putting in the work. You will have a support system while you are at the gym and will likely develop new friends outside of the gym.
