New to CrossFit? Don’t worry. We’ve got you.

Your success in CrossFit (or anything) will be achieved by focusing on mastering the basics first and approaching it with a long-term perspective. New members start with our Foundations classes, which is a series of 3-4 privately coaches sessions that will allow us to make sure that you are performing movements safely, correctly and to the proper standards. When you can consistently perform movements safely, we will make things more challenging by increasing the volume and intensity.
