We'd love for you to meet our members and coaches and get a feel for the vibe of our amazing community. Don't worry…we aren’t going to throw you headfirst into anything you aren't comfortable doing! Our goal is to give you a taste of what CrossFit is like and show you how ANYONE can do it. During this visit, we can discuss your fitness goals, answer any questions that you might have, and go over the next steps.
Not sure you’re ready to try a class yet? No problem...you can set up a one-on-one session with a Coach, where you can just chat and/or do a small private workout. What’s most important is that you take that first step in the door. CLICK HERE to sign-up for your free trial class or one-on-one session.
STEP 2: LEARN THE BASICS
New members start with a few private meeting with a coach, in which they will introduce you to the movements that we use in our classes and eases you into the intensity. During this time, we will also begin to teach you about proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle. After learning the basics, you may start attending any classes you like!
STEP 3: Join Group Classes and Our Community
The best part about CFSD is it’s amazing community. CrossFit has the ability to make you fitter and healthier than you ever thought possible, but equally as valuable will be the lifelong friendships and relationships you will build here.
